Do I have to give my credit card information to use the 30-Day free trial?

Nope. All paying plans start with a 30-Day free trial, and no credit card is required at all unless you decide to continue using the service after your 30-Day trial has ended. We won't charge you unless you tell us you want to subscribe. If you do decide to continue, subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Your billing cycle will start the day of your first payment. Note that refunds cannot be issued after the initial 30-Day trial, and we don't prorate for partial months. The free plan, of course, is free forever and no credit card is involved unless you want to upgrade to a paying subscription.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time, according to your needs. Plus, we'll never hit you up with a "set-up" or extra "one-time" fee when you do so.

What are the system requirements to use Music Teacher's Helper?

Since Music Teacher's Helper is web-based and hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no heavy requirements to worry about. All you need is a modern web browser with Javascript turned on, and an internet connection.

Music Teacher's Helper officially supports Mozilla Firefox on the PC, Mac, or Linux, Internet Explorer 6 and 7 or later on the PC, and Safari on Mac. Music Teacher's Helper does not support IE 5.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend switching to Firefox — it's modern, fast, secure, and free.
